I went to get the recall taken care of and the oil changed. They showed me some filters needed changing and told me the back brakes were bad and I had them taken care of. Later they told me a back tir changed. They showed me some filters needed changing and told me the back brakes were bad and I had them taken care of. Later they told me a back tire had a nail in it that couldn't be patched, I declined at the time. It took about 3 1\2 hours and they did not give me a new oil change sticker nor did they wash my car and did not even offer me a coupon to have it done. My car had been out of warranty for some time, not real happy with the visit. More

I had a tire issue on a Friday afternoon and Gary got me scheduled on Saturday afternoon which was very impressive. He went out of his way to get my problem resolved in a quick manner. We came out of state to this dealer location, and our sales person Heather was on point! She was able to get the paperwork completed along with sending the car to detail before we even arrived. Once arri sales person Heather was on point! She was able to get the paperwork completed along with sending the car to detail before we even arrived. Once arrived we were able to look the car over and take it for a test drive. While waiting on the financing department was getting their paperwork completed Heather had some coloring books stashed away in her desk along with coloring pencils to keep my 5year old son occupied while we talked about numbers.
