Don't buy from Jenkins Kia Ocala Florida purchased a Certified Kia Sorento from Kia in Ocala,Fl went in for recall work and was told my cv axle leaked a little bit. I was told it wasn't cover purchased a Certified Kia Sorento from Kia in Ocala,Fl went in for recall work and was told my cv axle leaked a little bit. I was told it wasn't covered under my warranty. Which doesn't make since since certified Kia comes with 10 years or 100,000 mile warranty on the power train. Wanted to charge me $320 for a aftermarket cv axle and not a standard factory axle. Not happy with the service department their. Service adviser told me my axle was dry and damaged and that I would need a new one. Repaired the vehicle and the the axle was not damage nore dry like the lady said and they told me that it would have been cover if the cv axle boot did not leak "so much".I mean how much does it have to leak for it to be cover, none?its not my fault your faulty cv axle boot failed from the factory. I will never buy from Kia again and we will be trading to something different so we never have to go there again. Service manager didn't really want to help me. I've lived in this town for 31 years and will tell every about my experience with the Kia dealership. More

Had to recalculate the camera after windshield was replaced. I arrived on time and was promtly taken care of. Job took a bit over an hour which was less then they thought. Be careful I wanted to upgrade my soul base model to a soul+ model. Mind you the dealership said they did have a few 2015 soul+ on the lot . I was going to tra I wanted to upgrade my soul base model to a soul+ model. Mind you the dealership said they did have a few 2015 soul+ on the lot . I was going to trade in my 2016 base model to a 2015 Plus model and I knew I was going to pay a little more for it because it is a better model. So I traveled 45 min to the dealership and spent 3 hours there. Timi ( sales woman) was wonderful and very professional and did her best to find the vehicle I wanted but came to the realization that they actually only had 2015 soul new base models. I probably should of left at that time. So I looked at the 16 plus model and another vehicle. Anyway the manager was wanting me to pay an amount in which I said I was unable to afford. I only had the 2016 for the trade in. He also tried to get the sales woman to sit down with me to find out what my monthly financial budget was, basically because I have a good job and my hourly pay rate was good. He thought I could afford to go higher and I explained that I also had other obligations, loans. This was the first red flag He also wanted to cut me a check to help pay my bills down ? another Red Flag. What dealership if any offers to give a customer a check to pay their bills down in order to be able to pay a larger monthly payment on the vehicle. I have never in all my years of dealing with dealerships had one who wanted to know my monthly budget. To me that information is private and for the financial institutions only. What I could not understand was why not just put that check into the car to bring down the payment. Anyway we were not able to work anything out so I a woman left with my base model. So Jenkins Kia lost a sale on a 2014 used exclaim with 25k miles and a new 2016 soul +. I will just change out the tires on my vehicle to bring down the road noise. I am on the fence for recommending this dealership. I had to mark either yes or no for recommend. Everyone makes their own decision where to buy their next vehicle. Good luck and be careful wherever you shop for your next vehicle purchase. More
