Straight shooting no fuss car buying My husband and I are seniors and we went into the dealership because they advertised a number of cars in the model we wanted. We also had a very old, but well maintained car that we were going to sell outright after our purchase. We were approached first by Bryan Lugo, a young man without the normal aggressive in your face tendencies who refreshingly answered our questions and most importantly "listened" to us in terms of our budget and our "must haves." Bryan conferred with Cori Gaither and very soon we were given some great alternatives for buying the Kia Soul that we wanted. We also were given a very fair trade-in, sight unseen, for the car we still needed to get rid of. We left the dealership with a car purchase that we loved and Bryan and Cori could not have been more respectful and helpful to us. We would very much recommend Bryan for your next car purchase. More

But Travis made the whole process easy and did not pressure me once. I bought a 2016 Kia Forte EX with the premium package, and I love it!!!! Andy, the finance manager was also great. I was on the fence about purchasing extra warranties, etc, and he was very patient with me while I went back and forth with indecisiveness. Best experience ever!! More

Overpriced and refuses to be competitive The other day I was in the dealership I have decent credit (620) 3000 to put down and wanted a 300 a month payment. I was told I couldnt get a new car The other day I was in the dealership I have decent credit (620) 3000 to put down and wanted a 300 a month payment. I was told I couldnt get a new car but they had a used 2015 Kia Forte EX with 29,000 miles for 19,000 dollars. I did a quick search and found three 2015 Kia Forte EX with 24,000 miles or less from three Kia dealers within 100 miles for 10,500 to 12,000 when I was asked what it would take to earn my business I said be within 1,000 dollars of the other dealers. I was told to get out that they do not have to sell their cars for that price(the man was one of the managers at that), I agreed and politely left. The next day they called to apologize but when I asked about price they wouldn't budge. Do your homework before you over pay. More
