We we're met outside by Jaevon who asked us about our lifestyle and driving needs. We expressed our wishes and explained our budget. He showed us the Forte and began explaining the features and benefits. We liked the car immediately and he took us inside to begin the buying process. We worked with Fernando as well as their sales manager Daniel. They all worked together to make sure we could get the Forte and stick to our budget. It took some time but they all did a great job to make the process better. We drove our new Forte off the lot that afternoon and we couldn't be more pleased! More

"Loving my Soul"...AWESOME experience..SLAM DUNK! I had been researching the Soul for over a month and was planning on starting my journey the following day. Mom insisted I stop at Jenkins to see what I had been researching the Soul for over a month and was planning on starting my journey the following day. Mom insisted I stop at Jenkins to see what they had in stock. I was planning on purchasing used, private owner or buy here/pay here dealer. I pulled up in my 17 year old SUV, dead tired from a 12 hour shift with 2 small children and my 80 yr old Mom intent on "peaking around and leaving", but instead I was greeted with smiles and knowledge. They were persistent and made me comfortable enough to give financing a try. I not only was qualified to purchase 2015 Soul but was also given advice on further building my credit. I was very leery with the entire process but was reassured every step of the way. I didn't have to settle and hope to find a reliable car for $6000, but instead wound up with a new car that was exactly what I had only dreamed of. The salesmen, finance specialist and manager that assisted me were knowledgeable and patient. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and haven't been very satisfied with my experiences as I have been lied to on numerous occasions by buy here/pay here dealers, but feel this time "I hit gold" and am confident that buying from Jenkins was a very wise decision. Jenkins staff proved to me that not only could I qualify but that I could buy with the confidence knowing I had a REPUTABLE dealer to come back to if need be down the road. I love my new Soul and spent most of the day driving just to drive..enjoying the handling, sound system and air conditioning..something I had learned to do without for six years. Thank you all for proving to me that my hard work increasing my credit score has paid off and am now a Proud car owner.
