The salesperson Jeremy is a fine young man and with experience will be very successful. I trust him and admire his drive. I was not provided a copy of my actual bill of sale nor a copy of a repair order for a back-up mirror. This back-up mirror was mandatory if I was to buy this vehicle so when I got home (tired) and looked at my paperwork finding nothing but a finance contract I was upset, having to drive back in to see if I had been swindled. Manager Mike handled me professionally and provided me with the required paperwork, I am scheduled for the mirror installation Tuesday Sep.26th. If all goes well I am well satisfied. Thank You. More

Customer Service I needed my car repaired, and the service I received was really above and beyond. They gave me a ride to and from work during the repair, and when the I needed my car repaired, and the service I received was really above and beyond. They gave me a ride to and from work during the repair, and when they discovered that it would take much longer than they thought, they provided me with a loaner car so I wouldn't miss a day of my marketing work. The whole staff was friendly and courteous, and I would definitely recommend them. More

I believe the problem should be handled by the dealership, but all I hear there is, it seems to be running okay to us. If I could afford to I would trade it in for another brand today. And I will speak down on KIA to anybody that wants to hear. More
