I sit in the very comfortable lounge area, read, and have a cup of cappuccino while I wait, which isn't very long at all, given how thorough they are. Craig reviews everything with me in advance, keeps me posted and reviews all of the work done and the outcome, My car always looks new when it comes out, they clean it so nicely.
