Our primary contact was with Quentin who was extremely positive to deal with, very supportive and responsive to all questions, comments. Although he is new, he handled the situation extremely well and called for help as needed. Mike, the manager who presented the terms and negotiated with us; Jae and Guy who welcomed and explained all on the initial visit, and John the thorough and friendly finance man -- all positive.
