Very Disappointed Customer! Poor Management, Poor Customer Service! When I first contacted Jenkins, the insured me that they would have the Sedona vans on the lot, so I scheduled Poor Management, Poor Customer Service! When I first contacted Jenkins, the insured me that they would have the Sedona vans on the lot, so I scheduled a test drive, when i showed up they were so worried about my trade in information, my information, and then running my credit!! The gentleman came back stated that I was approved and they could get me into a Sedona but... they didn't have any on the lot!! I said okay so when do you think you will get some in, two guys told me that would call me with in a couple days that they could get me a few in to test drive! So a week went by and never heard anything call the guys card, and he NO longer works there so we called the dealer, they set me up with another guy and ensured me they had more vans on the lot, in the colors and models I wanted, well showed up and they didn't have anything i wanted except a beat up trade in!!!! so again wasted my time. Guy i was assigned to ensured me that he would do what it takes to get me a van from their Gainsville's lot, and that he would call me the next day. I didn't hear a word! So Then the sales girl, the operator i've yet to know what she does called me and wanted to know how my visit was, i told her i was very upset nothing was there, and haven't heard a word, she told me that she would have my sales guy call me right away! Well, didn't hear anything but then to send me an email that they couldn't help my needs!!!!!!!!! I mean really an EMAIL!! How cowardly!!! Do not go to Jenkins!!! I will be contacting someone from Kia too!!! Word of advice: DO not run someones credit, tell them they are approved, tell them that you would get their product in, then send an email to them!!!!!!! More

New car purchase The salesman was great, very informative and helpful. The negotiating part with finance was very frustrating. Once a monthly payment was agreed upon and a down payment (after several hours) someone named Edwin came over to tell me the payment would be higher so I told him to forget the whole deal and he quickly accepted what I agreed to. The entire day was too long from 10 am to 3:15 to buy a car. More
