Dealer still has not resolved the issue. Continue to say that area service rep, Jamal, will not approve any work on my car. It is a 2022 with full warranty. What happens when the car has no warranty. Wow, is all I can say. Will try to get a hold of the actual owner of Jenkins Kia. Maybe, he doesn't care either. Don't use this dealer for service. They do not care about the customer after a sale.
