***STAY AWAY! !!!!*** Dealer had a car at their Crystal River store and was going to drive it to the Ocala store for me to see it the next day with an appointment !!!!*** Dealer had a car at their Crystal River store and was going to drive it to the Ocala store for me to see it the next day with an appointment set. I was given the name of the manager to ask for upon arrival. I explained to the girl to tell the manager to please let me know if they weren’t going to have the car there prior to my appointment for whatever reason so that I wouldn’t waste my time or theirs. Arrived at the Ocala store and asked for the Manager by name. The Manager approached and asked what we were there for. I told him and he acted like he had no idea what we were talking about. I knew at that point that the car wasn’t there and they’d dropped the ball. He then said that he’d have a salesman help us. The salesman approached and asked how he could help. We explained it all to him, as we did the Manager. He said he was going to go check on it. He came back shortly afterwards and said that their Crystal River store had sold the vehicle. SMH! I then told the wife that we were leaving and we won’t be back EVER to any Jenkins Dealership. This is very unfortunate as I live very close to Ocala and I am now driving to DeLand or Clermont to visit their Kia dealership. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING JENKINS DEALERSHIPS HAVE TO SAY! They clearly aren’t managed well. Beware! More
