This is our 4th car purchased at kia, and we have had all of our cars serviced here for the past few years, we have always had to wait 2 to 3 hrs for oil change. Customer service is outstanding! I moved here from Sarasota. I used both the Venice and Sarasota dealerships to have my car service.
