Efficient, professional while considerate My car was serviced on time, I was taken to my house because it would take 4 hours to do the work. This was a Test As I purchased my Kia used from another dealer, I wanted to see how I was treated at a different dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with Jen As I purchased my Kia used from another dealer, I wanted to see how I was treated at a different dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with Jenkins Kia of Gainesville.. My service advisor, Misti Smith, was professional & friendly plus provided me with additional information about my vehicle. While waiting in the lounge, several staff employees including the manage, were courteous and helpful. I made my appointment on-line & the service was prompt & accurate. This will be my service center for as long as I have my Kia Rio & I will recommend family & friends to them. More

Routine Service I was reluctant to travel the 100 miles to service by Cadenza but decided to bit the bullet and was glad I did. Service Excellence Can't say enough about service advisor MISTY SMITH. Brought our car in for a recall on the engine even though the car had 130K miles on it. After Can't say enough about service advisor MISTY SMITH. Brought our car in for a recall on the engine even though the car had 130K miles on it. After a thouough check and re-check of the engine, it was determined that the Sorento would need a new engine. Kia did the RIGHT THING and replaced the engine components involved in the recall. Needless to say my wife and I were SUPER IMPRESSED with the level of commitment displayed by Kia in general, and Misty in particular. She kept us informed throughout the process and helped us to secure a rental car that KIA PAID FOR!! Don't know when I've experienced that level of Customer Service from a car dealership.
