Great Service Really appreciate the job done during the service visit. The fact that they also drove us home and picked us back up so we could get the car when the Really appreciate the job done during the service visit. Service Department is terrible!!! Took my Kia Sorento in for oul change and car wash. Something happened in shop that caused my paint to turn yellow during detailing. Service manager C Took my Kia Sorento in for oul change and car wash. Something happened in shop that caused my paint to turn yellow during detailing. Service manager Corey was Very unperfessional in the handleing of this matter. Basically called me a liar and said that this didn't happen there and will not fix it. I will never trust in this dealership again !! More

Was not planning on buying a 2019! While I was waiting for an oil change on my 2017 Forte, I was approached by JD and he mentioned that the 2019 Kia Sorento had some great dealer incent While I was waiting for an oil change on my 2017 Forte, I was approached by JD and he mentioned that the 2019 Kia Sorento had some great dealer incentives if I was interested. Since I had time, I went out to look. I had a Kia Sportage before and really did like the hatchback of the Sportage, and found and test drove a Kia Sorento and was very impressed with it. When we came back in, JD worked up some figures, but I said no.... not in my budget, I will drive my Forte home. Well he went to get the GM Doug said he would call Kia to get more incentives for me as I had been a long time customer. He in-fact did just that and gave me a great trade in for my Forte. Put me into the type of vehicle I had been missing and made my husband happy to have a car that will tow his 3900 lbs pontoon boat. Was a win win for my family. Thanks to JD and Doug. I am a very happy customer. More

Oil change Car detail done also. Many missed spots and tires not fully cleaned. Interior was kinda hit and miss. Floor mats and carpet vacum was great. For the p Car detail done also. Customer service was very good. When I got the young lady was very friendly and got everything accomplished efficiently. She even walked me to my car, which was a welcome change. When I got the young lady was very friendly and got everything accomplished efficiently. She even walked me to my car, which was a welcome change. The donuts and coffee was very refreshing and the wait was not that long. I did not work with Steve, however, he was just very friendly with holding conversation and making me welcome to coffee and donuts. He also told me to come see him when I was ready for a new car. Steve sold us our very first Kia, but I don't think he remembered me. He has always been friendly, every time. More
