Great service I am completely satisfied with the service of my 2013 Kia Sorento. I went in for an oil change and was advised of some other issues. I got a ride ho I am completely satisfied with the service of my 2013 Kia Sorento. I went in for an oil change and was advised of some other issues. I got a ride home due to the other issues taking about 4 hours. I received a phone call at home that my car was ready. Jay arranged for me to be picked up at home and returned to the dealership. I was not pressured to take care of the other issues but chose to have them fixed. More

Great service and FAST! I went to the dealership for a recall on my car. Service manager asked where I had the oil changed. I said. "Jiffy Lube because I don't need an appointment and it's done in no time. I can afford to be without my car half the day. Dealership.service is more costly and it takes a whole day! The service manager then said. "If you don't need an appointment, costs LESS THAN JIFFY LUBE AND WE WILL GIVE YOU A FREE CAR WASH WOULD YOU COME HERE? I said. "Sure." And that's exactly what happened when I brought my Kia in for an oil change and tire rotation! More
