Continued Excellent Personal Service My vehicle is now 3 years old and I continue to use Jenkins Kia Service department for the ongoing maintenance needs. I appreciate their recognition My vehicle is now 3 years old and I continue to use Jenkins Kia Service department for the ongoing maintenance needs. I appreciate their recognition of a returning service customer. Once again, they kept me well informed on the estimated time since I chose to wait at the dealership and they discussed any needed additional items - which was only one for this trip - and also made sure I understood what would be reviewed and done for the regularly scheduled maintenance. I am sorry that I do not recall all the names of the people with whom I spoke but all were courteous and knowledgeable. More

Melissa rocks! Melissa O'shea is awesome. My son put diesel gas in his Kia & needed to be towed. Melissa gave me a phone number for a towing company that they use. H Melissa O'shea is awesome. My son put diesel gas in his Kia & needed to be towed. Melissa gave me a phone number for a towing company that they use. He came right away & my son's car was towed. Melissa helped my son (who's a new driver) get a claim filed with Geico, and took care of all the details. She is truly an asset to Jenkins Kia! More

FROM THE MOMENT I RECEIVED THE RECALL NOTICE AND CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. THE STAFF HERE AT JENKINS KIA BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE SURE THEY GOT THIS DONE IN THE ALLOTED TIME.
