Amazing Service I always look forward to getting my car service at Jenkins KIA Gainesville because i get to see Melissa. She is the most caring person. You can definitely tell she loves her job and customers. Everyone who comes in while i'm waiting lights up when they see Melissa. She is so personable with each and everyone of her customers. The customer can come in upset with an issue that is going on with their vehicle and Melissa always knows how to make them smile and get them taken care of. My service writer ,No was excellent. He kept me informed on the progress on my car even though they were working thru some learning bugs with a new computer program . Could not be happier .Why is there no l on the progress on my car even though they were working thru some learning bugs with a new computer program .
