Surprised! I had missed/over looked a damaged driver door when I purchased my truck. They took it to the body shop for inspection and told me they'd adjust it and have it back in 15 minutes. I said, "I don't believe an adjustment could work. Well, I was shocked! While not prefect like a new door, it was amazingly close. I was at dealership a total of maybe 30 min. Willy had offered me a vehicle if needed. I was very impressed with my experience. More

Bait & Switch This dealer advertises a 2012 Kia Soul on their website for $5991. Last week a friend of mine tried to buy it for his teenage son. He was told the ad This dealer advertises a 2012 Kia Soul on their website for $5991. Last week a friend of mine tried to buy it for his teenage son. He was told the ad was a mistake and the car could not be sold because of a “safety issue”. They then directed him to a car they wanted $10,000 for. This week I checked and the same car is still being advertised. I was contacted by Mr. Lipscome. Here are his explanations: The car isn’t available. I have others though “Has it been sold”? No it failed a safety inspection “Isn’t it being sold as is? What’s the safety issue?” That’s ok. I’d have to get it inspected pre-purchase anyway. What’s the safety issue?” “That’s what it’s being inspected for?” I thought it failed the safety inspection? “We can’t sell a car that doesn’t pass safety” Great, so it’s being repaired then? What are the repairs and when will they be completed? Sure looks like a classic bait and switch to me. Stay away. More

Service Department is terrible!!! Took my Kia Sorento in for oul change and car wash. Something happened in shop that caused my paint to turn yellow during detailing. Was not planning on buying a 2019! While I was waiting for an oil change on my 2017 Forte, I was approached by JD and he mentioned that the 2019 Kia Sorento had some great dealer incent While I was waiting for an oil change on my 2017 Forte, I was approached by JD and he mentioned that the 2019 Kia Sorento had some great dealer incentives if I was interested. Since I had time, I went out to look. I had a Kia Sportage before and really did like the hatchback of the Sportage, and found and test drove a Kia Sorento and was very impressed with it. When we came back in, JD worked up some figures, but I said no.... not in my budget, I will drive my Forte home. Well he went to get the GM Doug said he would call Kia to get more incentives for me as I had been a long time customer. He in-fact did just that and gave me a great trade in for my Forte. Put me into the type of vehicle I had been missing and made my husband happy to have a car that will tow his 3900 lbs pontoon boat. Was a win win for my family. Thanks to JD and Doug.
