Thank you Gainesville Kia In the words of Britney Spears oops I did it again my wife and I visited our Kia Dealer Jenkins Kia on 12/06/2018 and traded my wife's beloved 2017 Ki In the words of Britney Spears oops I did it again my wife and I visited our Kia Dealer Jenkins Kia on 12/06/2018 and traded my wife's beloved 2017 Kia Rio not because there was an issue with it other then we decided it is best to trade in every few years. Gainesville Kia has been our choice for service for the Kia and previously we purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram from this dealership. We typically only deal with David Mountian but tonight David had German assist us as well my wife wanted the 2019 Rio S David was having one delivered to the store for her and asked German who had just bought a Rio S two days prior to our visit if he would let my wife test drive his Rio S German did not hesitate to say lets go and let my wife take his car for a test drive while explaining all the changes to my wife and describe his experience with his new Rio S and how much he loved it and what he loved about it. While it was a Rio and my wife loved her Rio she was just not happy with the changes ( Not that there are any issues with the Rio S other then it was not her Rio S) Needless to say David assisted us in finding a suitable replacement and he showed my wife a 2019 Kia forte ( Also known as the K3) My Wife was reluctant at first as she truly loved her 2017 Rio but she agreed David sent German and another young man to their new lot to get my Wife a KIA Forte in white with tinted windows all of the things my wife had to have. When the boys returned German handed my wife the Keys and said let's go as she drove he explained the safety features the new upgraded interfaces the Apple and Andriod services how to use Ask Google with the Forte needless to say my wife was excited to drive the K3 this is a year for many upgrades and changes to the Forte while we purchased just above the base model there are tons of features if you are looking for a new car the 2019 forte is something to look at and if you decide to look and buy go see David and German at Jenkins Kia in Gainesville they put my wife in a car that made her smile and Willie in Finance made a deal that worked for her so be sure to say hello to Willie. Thank you, David, German and Willie. There was also another young man who drove German to get the Car, he fueled the Forte and cleaned it up for us I forget his name but hopefully, David will thank him for us. Great location to purchase or get service thank you guys and gals again. More

Excellent customer service Misti and the service team are great. The repair required parts to be ordered so a loaner was provided and they were very prompt with their pick up an Misti and the service team are great.
