A play on words? I received a flyer in the mail from Kia of Gainesville. So I came in and I test drove a 2019 Kia Sportage, which didn't drive as well as my 2018 F I received a flyer in the mail from Kia of Gainesville. So I came in and I test drove a 2019 Kia Sportage, which didn't drive as well as my 2018 Ford Escape. Both were white, but brother what a difference! The brakes were so so, on the Kia. Not even close to my Escape. Do yourself a favor and don't buy a Sportage. Needless to say that I didn't receive a 25$ gift card either. They had in writing stating that I would. When I asked about the gift card they said, it would be mailed to me. It's been over 2 weeks? Their salesman was very good and belongs at another better dealership, perhaps Santa Fe Ford. Moral of the story Jenkins Kia is a waste of my time and perhaps yours? Jenkins Kia has lost my business. Typical car dealership, can't tell the truth. So don't expect them to change, OK. I used to sell cars so I know their games, cause I was let go from the old Haws dealership on main street, here in Gainesville Fl. Because they said I was not cut out to be a salesman. I said, what do you mean by that? They said quote, you're just to HONEST. So I was let go on Dec. 6th 1997, just before Christmas. So my family suffered from them. Great service I am completely satisfied with the service of my 2013 Kia Sorento. I went in for an oil change and was advised of some other issues. I got a ride ho I am completely satisfied with the service of my 2013 Kia Sorento. I went in for an oil change and was advised of some other issues. I got a ride home due to the other issues taking about 4 hours. I received a phone call at home that my car was ready. Jay arranged for me to be picked up at home and returned to the dealership. I was not pressured to take care of the other issues but chose to have them fixed. More

Jenkins Kia did everything right when it came to making sure we got our issue resolved. John Dukes went ABOVE and BEYOND for us. He was able to help us trade in our used car & make every wrong right again. While we have only had our 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe for 2 hours, it was the best decision & my husband and I are super grateful for John and every employee we encountered at Jenkins Kia. While we won't be buying another car anytime soon, we will definitely look to Jenkins Kia for our next car when that time comes., Thank you SO MUCH!
