When we placed the deposit, we were told it is completely refundable. After contacting Brian Underwood at the Gainesville location and asking him to mail back the deposit check or shred it and send us a photo for conformation. Guess what NO RESPONSE. So we drive 45 minutes the following day to the dealership and ask in person for the check back. Brian did not come out to greet us or confirm anything. Therefore he had sold me on a 2024 Kia Forte. Fast forward about 5 months after my purchase I was informed a new K5 was coming out and GUESS WHAT Kia was doing away with the fortes. Bobby is a liar and manipulator. DO NOT use him to buy a car! He will not listen, he will lie, and put you in a vehicle they need to sell and get off the lot. More
