Service Dept Brought in my Forte for the 15k mile maintenance. Very surprised it only took 2 hours. Cadenza (2014) Odor Developed "dead smell" odor while on vacation. Upon return, Citrus Kia did an AC evaproator flush, and checked the Cabin Filter (filter had been repla Developed "dead smell" odor while on vacation. Upon return, Citrus Kia did an AC evaproator flush, and checked the Cabin Filter (filter had been replaced just 1500 mi ago). Diagnosis: dead mouse in back of Cabin Filter. Problem solved. Citrus Kia is a terrific dealership that truly tries to solve a problem and please customers. Congratulations to Amanda Gallagher (Service Advisor) for her communication and caring skills. Please don't leave. Also I commend Citrus Corporate Customer Relations for working with Amanda and me for their courteous and responsive action in providing a no-charge replacement filter. Gary T. Customer Appreciation Evening August 27th 2015 I have been buying vehicles for 48 years and I have never experienced a dealership like CITRUS KIA in Crystal River FL!!! The owners, sales associates I have been buying vehicles for 48 years and I have never experienced a dealership like CITRUS KIA in Crystal River FL!!! The owners, sales associates and maintenance personnel are the greatest I have ever dealt with. They are never in a hurry and take the time to answer your questions. On August 27th the dealership had a customer appreciation dinner for about 200 customers. Not only did they have a free diner but they gave away several hundred dollars in door prizes. During the diner they gave information about KIA and services they offer at Citrus KIA. Also had a very informative tour of their maintenance department. I drove 40+ miles from Summerfield FL to Crystal River when I purchased my 2016 Sorento and I am so glad I did. I shopped Ocala and Leesburg and believe me none of those dealerships can even begin to compare to Citrus KIA. The slogan at Citrus KIA is "We don't just close car deals, we open relationships". Believe me they live their slogan. It's not like other dealerships that use misleading statements just to get you into the showroom. I could go on and on about how rewarding it is to buy at Citrus KIA in Crystal River FL but my suggestion is that you make the drive and be prepared to be amazed. More
