After a thorough explanation of the service needed, we hesitated at first, but after careful consideration, decided to go ahead with the suggested service. We are thankful we did. I own a 2015 Kia Soul that had some minor issues to be taken care of. They all related to normal maintenance but I dreaded spending the day at a car dealership. That is until I met Amanda Gallagher! She handled the matter very professionally, got the work done faster than I would have ever imagined and did it all for a price that was LESS than I was quoted. Her pleasant personality and caring approach to following up on the progress of the work were above and beyond! When we bought our Soul, Paul Taracatac was amazing. It is hard to imagine that the service after the sale could have been better! I would strongly recommend Amanda Gallagher and the entire Citrus Kia team. They delivered far beyond my expectations! DISAPPOINTED IN YOU 11/23/15 I BROUGHT MY CAR TO YOU FOR A ROUTINE 3000 MILE OIL CHANGE BECAUSE I WAS GOING ON A TRIP TO KEY WEST WHEN AMANDA CAME OUT AND TOLD ME THAT MY 11/23/15 I BROUGHT MY CAR TO YOU FOR A ROUTINE 3000 MILE OIL CHANGE BECAUSE I WAS GOING ON A TRIP TO KEY WEST WHEN AMANDA CAME OUT AND TOLD ME THAT MY OIL PAN GASKET WAS LEAKING OIL SO I WENT TO LOOK AT AT LEAK WITH HER THE MECHANIC POINTED A FLASH LIGHT AT THE OIL PAN AND WHAT LOOKED LIKE AVERY SMALL AREA OF OIL HAZE ONE INCH LONG COULD HAVE PICKED UP ON THE ROAD I TOLD HIM THAT'S NOT A LEAK AND HE DID NOT AGREE SO I TOLD THEM TO FINISH THE OIL CHANGE AND LET ME GET OUT OF THERE. I PARKED MY CAR IN MY DRIVE WAY FOR 6 HRS. AND NO LEAK I DROVE TO KEY WEST 482 MILES CHECKED THE OIL NO LEAK I JUST HAD MY OIL CHANGED AT ANOTHER DEALER AND ASKED THEM TO CHECK IF THE GASKET WAS LEAKING NO LEAKS.I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN CITRUS KIA I RELY ON YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY AND THOUGHT I COULD TRUST YOU MY TRIP WAS VERY STRESSFUL WORRYING IF I HAD A LEAK. replacing a tire I was driving home from Inverness, when someone threw a brown glass bottle out their window and as a result, my rear driver's tire was blown out. I h I was driving home from Inverness, when someone threw a brown glass bottle out their window and as a result, my rear driver's tire was blown out. I had the tire place in Inverness put my spare on, and they tried to pressure me to buy a tire from them. I declined, as they didn't have Kumho tires, and I did not want a different brand tire. I was charged $35 to put my own spare on, so I was not happy. Upon leaving, I called Mr Bushnell at Citrus Kia, he told me he would order my tire and have it the next afternoon. He talked to me for atleast 5 minutes addressing my concerns regarding driving on the temp tire, and agreed with me that because my vehicle is basically brand new, it is a good idea to put the same brand. (He is aware of my OCD, and there was NO pressure for me to buy a tire at the dealership). I am a citrus kia consumer for the rest of my life. They do treat you like family, not just sell you something and forget you. Couldn't find a better dealership if you tried. would give 10 stars if possible! (And I am a very picky customer) More

Brought my car in for an oil change as I do every 3-4th miles.. Wanted Kia to check it all as I am close to 100thousand. I had hoped as it is close but I have lost all confidence in the service department. The paper that we get that shows how they check all the fluids recommends service..etc...etc..on 1/23/16 11am appt. I was told what needed to be done and chked the paper on the fluids as I had known my coolant was low and the windshield washer fluid was not pumping thru ..Wow all marked good..went down the road no windshield washer fluid..pulled over checked coolant wow still on low..Angry called told David he had me come back in..the service tech did not do his job..he tried to tell me low was okay and no excuse for the wind shield wipers Now my question is did he change the oil.. What did he check..other than the boxes..I told David I wanted to speak to Paul which I have never heard a word from....I told David I should not have to pay for my visit I am leaving there not knowing what was done or what truly needed to be done. I love my Kia Oh David reached into his pocket and gave me a cash refund....Did He share that with you Paul and as a CERTIFIED MANAGER why have you not gotten back with me Michelle (813)817-0708 More

Mike Boswell is an excellent salesperson as is Pat Visconte in finance. We are repeat buyers. Should the occasion arise for another vehicle we will be back to see Mike.
