Friendly and welcoming from the very start. Listened to what I was interested in for a vehicle and worked very hard to come up with a winner. Had a problem with my '13 Kia Optima, they towed it from my house for free, diagnosed the problem very quickly (alternator issue), had it fixed the day itself when the part came in. Very good communica from my house for free, diagnosed the problem very quickly (alternator issue), had it fixed the day itself when the part came in. Very good communication between them and myself, called me almost every 3 hours to give me updates on my vehicle. Even provided me with a free rental vehicle. No one was pushy or over-barring. You could tell that Jim and Al had many years experience dealing with the public. Al finished up the sales process and made sure it was quick and painless. Joe Slater met us on the parking lot within minutes of arrival. He was very helpful; not 'pushy'. He worked with us in a pleasant, friendly manner. He carefully explained the options before us. After the sale he went over the car with us and explained everything we needed to know about the vehicle we purchased and helped us connect our cell phone to the Blue Tooth system. That's why I give him a good rating. Mike Reyes was great to work with also! What he promised is what we got. He didn't change anything that Joe had told us. I felt that they were in sinc with each other, up front and honest. More

Then Mike went to work finding us acceptable fiances, down payment, Extra Insurance (GAP).
