I waited three hours for an oil change, and to have two recalls fixed. While waiting I spoke to Israel about the letter we received about terminating are lease early and getting into a newer car. We made an appointment for Saturday I received a letter in the mail from them saying my lease could be terminated early and they would put me in a newer car for the same payment or close. Unfortunately when we were there they were figuring we were trying to buy a new car, even though we brought the letter with us ! Which clearly stated we were leasing. So we got up and left after wasting an hour of our time. We will go to another Kia dealer an try and make a deal! More

I called the Kia service department in Crystal River on Wednesday March 4th to find out how much a synthetic oil change was for my Kia Soul. The advisor told me it was $68.00 for a synthetic oil change. I Wednesday March 4th to find out how much a synthetic oil change was for my Kia Soul. The advisor told me it was $68.00 for a synthetic oil change. I told him I had a ten dollar off coupon that Kia had sent me and he told no problem you could use it on your next visitI. I made an appointment for Friday March 6th. When I got there I was specific that I did not want the tire rotation which is an extra $119.00. The advisor then started interigating me on why I did not want the tire rotation. I understand they are trained to upsale but that was very concerning to me. And it made me a little uncomfortable. I gave him the ten dollar off coupon. When I went to pay I asked why they did not honor the coupon. He told me that oil had gone up and he did give me the $10.00 off. So the bottom line is I did not get the $10.00 off which should have been $58.00 plus tax. The final bill was $70.00. I really like that Kia is traine to work on my Kia Soul, but the the way I was treated was not right. I really dont want to find another dealer for servicing my vehicles, but I will start calling around to find a dealer that will honor there promises and honor the coupons that sent to me. Very disappointed. More

The mechanics were very nice and helpful with my issue. My fuel injector went bad and it was replaced under warranty.
