It's All Good! Went to Jenkins Service around 1130 on Friday to have my windows tinted. Even though my appointment was made online less than 2 hours earlier, Keith A Went to Jenkins Service around 1130 on Friday to have my windows tinted. Even though my appointment was made online less than 2 hours earlier, Keith Andrews told me he would do his best to get my vehicle done. After calling the window-tinting person and checking his schedule, Keith got me a loaner and said he will have my windows tinted no later than Monday as there were other cars ahead of me. By 1645 that day (Friday), I received a call from Service saying that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Was I impressed!!! Keith ALWAYS delivers and that's why I always make my service appointments with him. Way to go, Keith! You're still the best! More

Went for Recall & Drove out with New Sonata Sport Just had appointment for the Sonata recall and left with the 2015 Sonata Sport. Recall service I had rec'd my recall notice for my Sonata recently so I called and set up an appointment. I asked how long the process was going to take and the gen I had rec'd my recall notice for my Sonata recently so I called and set up an appointment. I asked how long the process was going to take and the gentleman on the phone told me within an hour. My friend and I drove up to Ocala and after 45 minutes my name was called. Justin in service told me it was going to take an hour. I told him that that wasn't what I was told on the phone. He said he was sorry I was told the wrong thing. I couldn't wait that day so he set up another appointment for the following week, I drove up again to Ocala. When my name was called Justin had remembered me and he said he would get my car in right away. 45 minutes later the car was done. I just wanted to thank Justin again through this email and let the people know at Jenkins this is what I call great customer service. It's nice to know that there are still good people out there!! This was the second car from Jenkins and it will continue. We came in with an engine warning light on and before we knew it Gus was talking to us about how we could get a new Tuscon. We had been talking about a new car because our 2007 Tuscon was getting near 100,000 miles. Gus really liked leasing cars and explained the advantages of them and after test driving a 2015 Tuscon we made the decision to go ahead with the lease. Our experience with Jenkins was very enjoyable and that includes all the employees. I came in a couple of days after we got the car with a problem with the blue link system. Gus was not there and Chris overheard me talking to the receptionist and took me through the entire blue link process. Overall we were very happy. More
Great service and great cars I stopped in to have some "recall" service done to my 2010 Genesis. when the sun set the next day I had traded in a 2002 Caddy & the 2010 Genesis for I stopped in to have some "recall" service done to my 2010 Genesis. when the sun set the next day I had traded in a 2002 Caddy & the 2010 Genesis for a 2008 Accent and a brand new 2014 Genesis. All and all it was a pleasant and stress less experience. The salesman, Carl Gregg, was very "experienced" and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Jenkins Hyundai to my friends and relatives. More
