While I was in the dealership it was great and my salesman did a fantastic job even after I purchased my car. After that it was terrible. I had some issues with my car within a week of driving it. I brought it back and Matt did a great job taking care of me in the dealer. They gave me a loaner and told me they would keep me updated. A week went by and heard from no one. I called to follow up twice and got the run around. Again called Brad he got me an update. They ended up having my car for 2 weeks and didn’t fix anything!! They said there were no broken parts to fix. You took 2 weeks to tell me that with no follow up!!! Than Robert saw one of the issues happen then try to say it was because the key wasn’t close enough what a joke that was. Worst of all I asked to speak to the GM of the dealer on 4 separate occasions and I even told them I would schedule and appointment to talk to him because I’m sure he’s busy, but no call from him at all. As a senior citizen, I believe the sales manager pulled a "bait and switch" on me with the pricing of the vehicle. Unfortunately for me, I didn't catch it until after the contracts were signed. I suggested that he simply add on the extended warranty at no charge, and that would show some integrity without costing him anything. But he chose not to do anything to make it right. So, IF you decide to do business with this dealership, be aware that the deal you SHAKE HANDS ON, is not necessarily the deal you will get on your contract. More
