It was a great experience and surprisingly quick once we settled on a price. I didn't expect to go home with the car that day as there was a little confusion as to where the car was located. Everyone involved with the sale were great. .. I began working with Tonya, I later found out that she is Sergey Yu's wife !!! The sale went well with the Yu's, and Tom from finance, were a pleas .. I began working with Tonya, I later found out that she is Sergey Yu's wife !!! The sale went well with the Yu's, and Tom from finance, were a pleasant experience to work with... The only down side was the prep process, i thought was a little lacking... The car was taken over to the detail shop and they did what they do to prep the car before it goes to the customer... I hadn't noticed until i went home the first night, but inside of the front and rear windows were very dirty... I came back the next day and informed Sergey of the issue, he asked me if I'd mind taking the car over to the detail shop... I said, sure, no problem... I explained to the young man who was there, what the problem was, and he said he'd take care of it for me, and i thanked him... I went outside to make a few calls and then i went back into the bays to look at a Palisade that was there for detailing and the detailer went outside to do the windows... When he was finished, he came back inside and told me they were done... I thanked him, gave him a tip, and thanked me profusely and i left... Not for nothing, the front looked great, but the back was bad... I was getting the windows tinted the next day or so, so i didn't sweat it... When i got out of the car at home, i noticed a scratch (about 2") at the end of the rear door... I'm getting a hitch put on, so i thought I'd mention it then... More

I noticed scrapes on the liner of the truck meaning something was in there. The seal around the outside of the rear sliding window needs attention.
