I brought my 2018 Hyundai in for check engine light. They determined it was a bad gas cap. The one that came with the car. Gas cap is bad? Guess that's why my gas cap area is greasy, dirty. They were going to charge $100 for Hyundai gas cap. I checked gas caps online. I could get one for $15. So I declined the gas cap they offered. Who knows maybe that one was faulty too. Seems Hyundai is putting faulty gas caps that fail at 5 years. They wanted to charge me for a service charge. What? That's new. I've been there before and never was charged. I've been to Orlando Hyundai with my Sonata 25 times (no lie it was a 2011 Turbo). Never charged. I refused to pay it. Then I find out there's a sticker on my windows that talk about a recall theft issue that was fixed. State Farm will not insure my car. I send a photo of the sticker. Still no insurance. I call corporate. They send me a letter saying it probably got fixed. I check my VIN. No recalls are on my car. They had to have fixed it. I got no word from the service center at Jenkins. ???? And they almost got a service fee from me. And they fixed a recall that I didn't know about. Plus the faulty gas cap that was original. Because of them. I will not be buying a 3rd new Hyundai in the future. In fact, I rented a Kia recently, Very impressed! More

I scheduled an appointment to get 3 recalls fixed. Tara greeted me upon entering the building. She got me checked in, seated and gave me an estimated 2hr wait. Well after a little less than an hour an Tara greeted me upon entering the building. She got me checked in, seated and gave me an estimated 2hr wait. Well after a little less than an hour and a half. She was calling my name. I was so into my phone I didn’t hear her but she came right up and jokingly said it close to my ear lol. She told me I was good to go, led me to my car and had a friendly conversation as we walked. Overall great experience and the fact that Tara is a GORGEOUS lady made it better! Thank you More

Despite the construction going on, they went out of their way to give us air conditioning in the waiting area and all the refreshment amenities. Service was quick, friendly and efficient.
