The car had a tire repaired and supposedly the car was washed. Nick turned over the car to my wife. Our halfway decent experience quickly turned bad after discovering a dent in the back hatch of our Santa Fe. I hand wash the car weekly so I am very aware of the condition of the car prior to it being serviced at Jenkins. I called the service technician Nick who said he would speak with the service manager and they would get back with me. I expected a call back the next day. Days passed with no call back. My wife called five days later and was told that they are still "looking into it" and that they would get back with us as soon as possible. Another week has passed. It has been two weeks since it was damaged and obviously Jenkins is blowing us off. I have concerns about taking my car to a place that damages it and does not take ownership of the issue or even follow up with me. This is the second car I have purchased at this dealership. I also own a vehicle from Jenkins Volkswagen who are very customer focused if an issue arise. We are very disappointed with Jenkins Hyundai's lack of follow up and the damage to our car. More

Supposedly 3 month check up We received emails, regular mailings and multiple telephone calls telling us it was time for our 3 month check up.. When we arrived for our appointmen We received emails, regular mailings and multiple telephone calls telling us it was time for our 3 month check up.. When we arrived for our appointment we were informed a 3 month check up was not necessary. They changed the oil anyway and did a complete check of the vehicle along with a car wash. They were very professional and timely. More
