40 minute oil change! We had an oil change scheduled for our vehicle during the coming week. On Friday evening we unexpectedly learned we needed to be in Leesburg, near th We had an oil change scheduled for our vehicle during the coming week. On Friday evening we unexpectedly learned we needed to be in Leesburg, near the dealership and not so near to our home, on Saturday for a personal matter. I called the dealership Saturday morning hoping to change our appointment and was advised to come on in after 2PM and they would do their best. We got there shortly after 2, were pleasantly greeted and they fitted our vehicle in for an oil change, no problem. Since there was no tire rotation, etc., involved, just the oil change, they had us out of there in roughly 40 minutes and we went on to handle our business. Couldn't have asked for any better service or more professional personnel. Oh, and my husband enjoyed the fresh made cookies and coke! :) More

Amazing Sales Rep and Amazing Dealership I've met a lot of sales reps over the years at a variety of dealerships, and not only is this the best dealership I've dealt with, but Sharla has been I've met a lot of sales reps over the years at a variety of dealerships, and not only is this the best dealership I've dealt with, but Sharla has been the best sales rep! I leased my 2017 Hyundai Ioniq back in April last year with her and it was the easiest, most pleasant experience I've had. No pushiness and it felt like meeting up with an old friend, even though it was our first visit together. At the end, she let me know about my complimentary 1,000 mile inspection to have done in May. A month later, I called her up, letting her know I was going to come for that, and she had everything set up for me ahead of time, so when I came in a few days later, it went so smooth. No hidden costs, completely free inspection. I moved to Tampa shortly after, so for my first maintenance, I went to the dealership here in town. Let's just say it was the worst experience I've had at a dealership and vowed never to return. So, when my second round of maintenance needed to be done, I decided to do the drive back up to Leesburg (since they consistently treat me right with no hidden costs, they provide complimentary car washes, they have free food and drinks in the waiting room, and wonderful employees). I scheduled my appointment online and the day before the maintenance, I received a pleasant call from Sharla confirming my appointment. The day of, when I got there, everything went so smoothly. And Sharla was there to greet me, and provided my boyfriend and myself with a loaner car so we could go enjoy lunch while my car was being worked on. I've met Sharla four times now (another visit was my boyfriend coming to lease an Elantra in October with her, based on my previous experience) and every time, she's got a huge smile on her face and goes the extra mile for you. Would highly recommend her, as well as this dealership. Trust me, I drive from Tampa to Leesburg especially for them :) More
Excellent, as usual. Frankly, I can't think of any other place to take our 2016 Tucson. The car is a dream and a joy to drive.
