Allen has been my service writer for almost three years now and he never misses a beat! I drive a 2010 and it has had its issues but the great staff has made it all worth the while. More
Service Department Excellent - But not so business office I have had no complaints about the service department. They are easy to work with, efficient and straight forward. However, if you get a new vehicle, I have had no complaints about the service department. They are easy to work with, efficient and straight forward. However, if you get a new vehicle, DO NOT let the business office talk you into a supposed "supplemental" warranty. It was supposed to cover things that the manufacturer's warranty didn't like batteries, tires, even windshield wipers. Don't waste your money. So far, I have replaced windshield wipers - once under the warranty. When I tried to have them replaced a second time (car is 4 years old) they said it was only one time coverage. I have replaced tires and battery with no help from warranty. It is a waste of money. More

The steering wheel was locked and the key would not unlock it, and it was the first time this 10 year old Sonata with 140,000 miles on it failed us. Allen Byrd made sure we had a loaner waiting for us (it was almost closing time) when the tow truck finally got there, and the next day he called with the diagnosis. Even though he had to get a needed part from Ocala, we still got our car back by early afternoon. The treatment we got was not unusual, as we're used to being treated well by all the people in this dealership. More
