Stepped up for a lousy dealer in Virginia We had a tire problem from day one before we accepted our new Hyundai Santa Fe. The dealer in VA said he would correct but as we took it home we noti We had a tire problem from day one before we accepted our new Hyundai Santa Fe. The dealer in VA said he would correct but as we took it home we noticed the same vibration. We took it back at least three times to the tune of "nothing is wrong" Our drive to Florida was agonizing with the vibration. Tom and his team took ownership of the problem, tested the tires which indicated every tire had a flat spot. He then went way out of his way for us to get new tires, even though Hyundai passes the tiree warranty over to the tire manufacturer. He supplied documentation that we supplied to the Virginia dealer who ignored us. However, his documentation just resulted in HMA writng back saying a check will be issued. Tom, if you are reading this THANK YOU and please pass our thank on to Melanie too, our service advisor who kept us informed about the process and worked for us, to help us out of a bad situation. This last service I again complained about the problem Tom assigned a professional mechanic for another test ride and they thought it might help if I understood the rear detection system Allen Byrd couldn't have been more professional, this time he explained the system in detail and also provided copies from the owners manual dealing with the system operation...
