Oil Change/Bought a new car! I was in for an oil change and was contacted to possibly trade in. I went home with a new Santa Fe! I received a call while waiting about possibly t I was in for an oil change and was contacted to possibly trade in. I went home with a new Santa Fe! I received a call while waiting about possibly trading my car. Had no thoughts whatsoever about trading but said I would talk to someone. Kimberly introduced me to Raphael (like the ninja turtle) Valdez and we discussed options and what I would like. I told him if I traded my car (which I didn't need to do), I would want to upgrade possibly to a Santa Fe. I wanted to put no money down and not really have my payments go up AND pay off my trade. It was a very tall order but they really worked hard to make it happen...in the end, my payment only went up about $20 and we did put money down but that was our choice, they got us pretty close even if we didn't do that. But I got a new beautiful 2019 Santa Fe and it had lots of bells and whistles that I gave up with my last Sonata. Very happy when I left...and I didn't have to pay for that oil change! This will make the 7th car our family has bought from Jenkins Hyundai Leesburg. More

She is so knowlegeable, and very personable and caring. The appt. took less time than I anticipated and went pretty fast. All was great and I'm very pleased. Thank-you Tiffany.
