We had a little confusion whether my repair was covered under my extended warranty but the service provider hopped on it got everything straightened out. I was in and out in about an hour. I brought my truck in for a oil change and tire rotation. Mind you I had an appointment. I was told when I got there they were behind and it would be an hour and a half before it was done. An hour and a half ( I waited ) and received my bill and it was almost $40.00 more than it was with Crystal. When I asked why this was they told me the price of oil went up. Bull! My brother who does his own oil changes told me he is still paying the same amount for the oil he buys at the store... Same oil. They did give me a bit of a discount, however having bought my truck there from Crystal I always felt they gave me great service. Never again will I wait an hour and a half for simple service and have to pay that much! More
