Oil change is very pricey at $136. 62! It did include $35 for an in-cabin air filter....but still extreme. Staff very friendly, just too expensive for an oil change. 62! I made an appointment for an oil service. I have a pre-paid premium maintenance plan but was not expecting this one to be covered. However, Anthony was able to ensure it was covered under m I have a pre-paid premium maintenance plan but was not expecting this one to be covered. However, Anthony was able to ensure it was covered under my pre-paid plan. He also noted we were due for a tire rotation and took care of that as well. He was very good at explaining the work and keeping me informed. The only issue I was not satisfied with was the DEF top off. I was charged $37.70 for adding 2.5 gals of DEF even though a complete DEF fill is covered by my maintenance plan. I was also offered a free car wash using $50 of unused customer cash in my Ford account that Anthony found for me. However, due to charging me for the DEF on top of the car wash the $50 did not cover the full amount and I had to pay out of pocket for the difference. I did not catch this at the time but when I called back Anthony was able to confirm that I was charged for the DEF but did not offer to refund the amount I ended up having to pay even though the entire visit should have been covered. This is the only reason I did not rate the visit higher. More
