The ONLY reason I would recommend this dealer right now is because of Anthony the service manager. We took our car in for a simple oil change/tire rotation and they damaged the side of the car badly enoug is because of Anthony the service manager. We took our car in for a simple oil change/tire rotation and they damaged the side of the car badly enough that it had to be taken to the body shop to fix! We normally get a wash because it's a Continental but because it was THEIR fault it was damaged the promised to fine detail it when they washed it. We went to pick it up after 8 days (they gave us a loaner) and not only did they NOT wash it but also no detainling at all NONE! Anthony took full responsibility, calmed me down because I was VERY angry and promised to give us a loaner when we brought it back to detail it. They did give us a loaner after they damaged our car but we still going to charge us for the oil change - My husband said xxxx No we're not paying for that. After damaging our car and us having to waste our time and gas to now go an hour away THREE times!!!! All in all if ANthony had bot been so calm and kind it would have been alot worse for them dealing with me. I was pretty upset. More
