Dillon Ward was very professional, courteous and most of all very pleasant to speak with, the front service dept. employees all seemed very friendly. The only comment NEGATIVE: In the work performed Apr. 27, 2022 which was basically recalls on the 2008 Mercury Melan, the completed work order did not state what parts were replaced for seat belts and brakes ....parts 0 (cap filler ???) brake fluid??????. I replaced brake fluid myself approx. 8-9 mo. ago! Seat belt: core return??? air bag module ???? Driver airbag recall as indicated on work order, had been replaced previously 11/20/17 AND AGAIN ON APR. 27, 2022...passenger has not been done, Per notification letter from FORD dated Dec. 2017 the frontal "passenger" airbag inflator may rupture ! Why is this not being done??? More

This dealership sold me a used vehicle but from 2020 with only 8k miles when the car arrived to my house in the first day I noticed a puncture on the side wall of one of my tires and other little defects so only 8k miles when the car arrived to my house in the first day I noticed a puncture on the side wall of one of my tires and other little defects so I called the salesman the sold me the car and he put me in with his Manager and the own manger started getting loud with me and raising his voice at me over the phone for no reason when I was just explained to him what I noticed and all he told me is that it’s a used vehicle. And when I tried to come and see if they could replace or fix my tire they told me I would have to pay. More
