While trying to clean the dealership after Hurricane Milton, the Service Department assisted in finding me a tow for my car. The battery was dead, and I needed to get to my son's home that was flooded. Milton, the Service Department assisted in finding me a tow for my car. Took my truck in to have an oil change and tires rotated told me they could not because my Lugnuts were overheated and has expanded. I am 41 years old. I have never seen or heard of that ever happening and told me they could not because my Lugnuts were overheated and has expanded. I am 41 years old. I have never seen or heard of that ever happening and then proceeded to try to charge me $139 for the new Lugnuts, which is outrageous when I can get a set of new Lugnuts for $30 needless to say I will never send anyone to the Crystal River Ford dealership or will I be bringing my truck back there for service? Very unacceptable now I have to find someone else I got home and took my lug nuts off myself with a tire iron no problem . More
