I don't have a good feeling when I get my service there. I can't say anyone was rude, but I feel like making money on repairs is not comfortable to me. I had a lift gate motor purchased four months ago. I can't say anyone was rude, but I feel like making money on repairs is not comfortable to me. I had a lift gate motor purchased four months ago. The lift gate quit working and I had to have another motor installed. I was asked to pay a $100 deductible the second time. After I showed my previous bill, it was determined that I didn't have to pay the deductible again. I have contacted a Ford Dealer who I took our previous Ford for repairs, and they are willing to acknowledge my warranty and service our car. Just dpn't feel comfortable. More

My son is the person who brought my car in for service and he was very impressed with the Service advisor Aaron. I had a very bad incident at Nick Nicklaus ford so I’ll be bringing my car back to Jenk and he was very impressed with the Service advisor Aaron.
