When I got my car back there was a knocking and i wasn’t happy about it I took it back for the to fix it and it turned out the weights they used to balanced my front right tire was hitting the caliper and t happy about it I took it back for the to fix it and it turned out the weights they used to balanced my front right tire was hitting the caliper and the moved it I don’t know if there was any damage. They said there was none but they could just be saying that to cover themselves in the even of an issue. My car has been parked since and won’t be driving till November so if anything happens when it starts to drive they will be hearing from me. More

Saleman Garret Watts spotted a low tire on my truck when passing it on his lunch break. He called to inform me and when I went out to check on it, it was completely flat. I called him to see if he could hav passing it on his lunch break. He called to inform me and when I went out to check on it, it was completely flat. I called him to see if he could have the service department repair the same day. He came back with a portable compressor, inflated the tire and then followed to their service department for the repair. Service writer DJ handled it from there and I was back on the road the same afternoon! Every time I have a service need the team at Jenkins Ford comes through in amazing fashion. Whether it is my truck or my wife's Expedition, these guys and gals are spot on! More
