The Service Writer told to expect a 1. 5-2 hour wait. About an hour later he came into the Waiting Room and said everything was ready to go. I was allowed to bring my little Jack Russell in, and she was the hit of the dealership. Everyone came over to say hello-she had a great time. All in all, this was a great experience. More

Was never told when my car might be ready. When I called to ask, the service guy copped an attitude about how he told me already. He didn't, but even he did he should just tell me again. Also, when I paid, I was not told about the credit card fee. I thought that was extremely dishonest. I had my checkbook in my hand and could and would have paid the bill with that had I known. Overall, really dissatisfied with the people I dealt with. As far as I know so far, the car is working ok. More
Took vehicle in for service for a squeak in the right front wheel. Service department check vehicle determined issue according to them was a dry seal.
