Having been a loyal service customer I have to say I was disappointed with my last service. Jenkins has decided to charge customers a 3% fee for using credit cards. This is a cost of doing business and ch disappointed with my last service. Jenkins has decided to charge customers a 3% fee for using credit cards. This is a cost of doing business and charging clients is not acceptable in my opinion. Secondly, the service representative that I dealt with was promoted to the sales force and I am happy for him; however, the service representative I had did not check my last several services which would have disclosed that I had transmission service 12,000 miles earlier and did not need it again (although I did request it). I believe my former service representative would have caught this. In addition, this same service cost me $25 more than the same service 6 months ago. In addition, wiper blades cost $5 each more than 12 months ago. Finally, there was no multi-point inspection report so I do not know the status of the inspected components. All this leads me to wonder if I will bring my vehicle back to Jenkins for service. More
