Respectful, patient and customer centered service. Casey Worlton is an outstanding salesperson. And the coffee and doughnuts aren't bad either. My car window is still not working correctly after three times in the shop. The service manager left me without a rental car for that night and I did not get one until the afternoon the next day which cause times in the shop. My truck has an exhaust leak and when we asked them to look at it all they wanted to tell me was that I have an after market exhaust (which I know!). First if you need service you can’t get in. Make and appointment. We can get you in in 2 months hows that. Then you will have to wait 2 hours for your oil change. The extra service you pay for when you purchase your car for pick up and delivery is a joke that was the service I wanted do to having one vehicle this appointment has to be scheduled 2 months in advance. We were going to order our new maverick there they wanted $1000.00 down. Well we went to Nick Nichols Ford. Placed our order nothing down. I just bought my Cadillac from Crystal River Ford that was the biggest mistake I ever made. The sales staff is really friendly and on top of things. Service needs much improvement. Also I ordered new tires I got 2 put on they had to order the other 2 that was 3 weeks ago I called last Monday about them they were supposed to call me back I still haven’t heard from them I will go somewhere else to get my other 2 tires.
