Ownership changed since I purchased my Lincoln 2 1/2 years ago! The service department is “spot on”! I was to have 4 complete auto details included with my purchase! This sales dealer does not h years ago! The service department is “spot on”! I was to have 4 complete auto details included with my purchase! This sales dealer does not honor the promise of 4 full details stating they “don’t know how to bill it”! All they did above the standard Lincoln wash and vacuum is clean the leather seats! Unbelievable and par for todays low standards of customer satisfaction! More

I don't understand that when you have a 10:30 appointment time for an oil change my truck sat out in the back for over an hour and 30 minutes before it was brought in for service.
