Once I got to them it was great, but getting to them through Ford was terrible. It is not a good process and delayed me 3 day on getting my problem solved. The worst service I've ever seen, told me it would be done at least diognosed Friday to see what that problem was, theydidn't even do that until Monday. Had to keep calling to find out the status of the done at least diognosed Friday to see what that problem was, theydidn't even do that until Monday.
