Service and personnel were all extremely pleasant and helpful. My complaint is that the entire process of picking the car up took way too long. I have financed cars where my credit had be run, etc a helpful. My complaint is that the entire process of picking the car up took way too long. I have financed cars where my credit had be run, etc and spent half the time it took h pick up this car that I paid for in cash.. I have purchased new cars many times. For all the people moving back and forth at the dealership, four plus hours is too long waiting for a car that should have been ready to go when we got there. I offered, the day before pick-up, to give them my insurance ID and anything else they might need but they said "no". So instead we sat at a desk waiting to finish up for well over two hours. Also, if our salesman makes an appointment with us, specifically for the purpose of our picking up and paying for an $80,000.00 plus car, I would not expect to be told when we arrive that he's busy because another one of his customers came in. More
