You were not able to solve problem re back up camera on a new vehicle, rep advised problem was with Ford in Detroit as Jenkins just took over dealership. Probably try Flammer in Spring Hill as distance from new vehicle, rep advised problem was with Ford in Detroit as Jenkins just took over dealership.
