You were not able to solve problem re back up camera on a new vehicle, rep advised problem was with Ford in Detroit as Jenkins just took over dealership. Probably try Flammer in Spring Hill as distance from new vehicle, rep advised problem was with Ford in Detroit as Jenkins just took over dealership. I bought a new lincoln mkz from Crystal Lincoln in July 2020 and someone tinted over the solar tint at the dealership. Since then Jenkins bought the dealership and now the tint is bubbling and they refuse 2020 and someone tinted over the solar tint at the dealership. Since then Jenkins bought the dealership and now the tint is bubbling and they refuse to fix it. The dealership keeps saying that it's not a factory tint but it was on the vehicle I purchased with 20 miles on the car. It's a simple fix but they refuse to remedy. So I will not buy another car from this auto group and will also tell everyone I know on Facebook not to do business with this auto group. More
