Convenient to home. Service tech could not recreate the problem with A/C so hopefully, when it fails again, it's at a convenient time and location when we can bring it b Service tech could not recreate the problem with A/C so hopefully, when it fails again, it's at a convenient time and location when we can bring it back for further troubleshooting and you are able to ID the problem. This issue has happened before but it was on Sundays or on I-75 in the middle of no where. Bryanna was very understanding and tried her best to put me at ease regarding the issue. More
