I was met in the service drive by Kristie Weeks. She entered my service request. I was very impressed by her knowledge, attention to detail and respect for me as a customer. Bryanna Conrad followed through my entire visit keeping me updated. I was impressed by her attitude and great customer service skills. She checked on me as well as the other customers. She took the time to make sure we were all informed as to the wait and what was happening with our vehicles. She is a Great Assistant Service Manager. She had a smile for everyone. You have the correct team to make the customers glad they came to your Dealership for Service. This is the first Dealership where I have received this kind of service and attention to details. The other Dealerships I have been to once you check in you are forgotten until it is time to pay the bill. I also appreciate the service team I didn't meet that took care of the truck.
