If I could give zero, I would. Brought in with warranty transmission work. Was told that valve needed replacement. Later told that warranty requires that I keep up with maintenance Brought in with warranty transmission work. Was told that valve needed replacement. Later told that warranty requires that I keep up with maintenance and I NEEDED to flush transmission and that was $250. Well GM book states transmission should be flushed at 90K miles , I am at 44K+ miles. I agreed b4 realizing this fact. So, I got ripped off for $250 for several bottles of transmission fluid that would have been replaced during the warranty work anyway and they knew this. Was also told that throttle linkage needed cleaning and electronics needed resetting ($300) because stop engine at low rpms feature was not working. I took it to my TRUSTWORTHY local mechanic who previously worked for Jenkins BTW and he found that the charging system for the auxiliary battery was not functioning properly and that's why the shut engine off at stops feature was not working. His bill $183. Jenkins Chevrolet is a dishonest business and I will only deal with them for warranty work from now on and make everyone I know on social media aware of how Jenkins Chevrolet in Crystal River does business. More

Had a good experience with having warranty work done at dealership. It was an airbag safety issue, but having only one car, I drove my car back home since the parts weren't in stock. I told the service r dealership. It was an airbag safety issue, but having only one car, I drove my car back home since the parts weren't in stock. I told the service rep that I had to take the car home in spite of the safely issue since it was my only means of transportation. During the night I began to feel very uncomfortable about my decision to continue driving my vehicle. I contacted the service mgr. the next day in regards to getting a loaner car & they had one available in a just a matter of an hour or so. I have a bumper to bumper warranty purchased when I bought the car. The original service rep. should have offered a loaner car to me due to safety issues of driving the car - of which she made me aware. Just grateful that I thought to ask the next day, making me feel much safer on the road while my car was in the shop until the parts arrived & the issue was fixed. I went to have oil changed and recall on side curtain air bag canister replacement, when I arrived at home I noticed several black finger prints all over head liner and there were small plastic pieces and me bag canister replacement, when I arrived at home I noticed several black finger prints all over head liner and there were small plastic pieces and metal clips all over the inside of truck needless to say I was very disappointed with dealership. I ended up cleaning on my own as I did not want to drive 35 minutes back and also not having trusted to be cleaned properly after the experience. I purchased this truck from this dealership a few years ago and always had service completed there with no problems until now. More
